Would you like to return a product?

At Green Ambulance, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, it’s possible that a product doesn’t fully meet your expectations. In that case, you can return the product within 14 days of receipt, provided it meets the return conditions.

Return Conditions

You may return your order under the following circumstances:

  • Within 14 days of receipt* 
  • For repair
  • For warranty purposes

Conditions for Return:

  • The product must be in new and unused condition.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Used products cannot be returned. If it appears that a returned product has been used, we cannot resell it and you will not receive a refund.

How to return your order?

  1. Download the return form:

    Fill in the return form completely

  2. Pack the product securely:

    Ensure that the product is securely and safely packaged. You are responsible for the product during transport.

  3. Ship the package to:

  4. Take a picture of your package:

    We advise you to take a clear photo of the package before shipping. In the event of damage during transport, we will assist you by also taking a photo of the goods received and sending it to you. This makes it easier to communicate with the transport company used and resolve the issue.

Refund

Once Meditech Europe has received the product in good condition, the purchase price will be refunded within 30 days. This only applies if the product is returned unused and in its original condition.

Please note:

  • The costs and risk of returning goods are at your own expense.
  • Returns without a fully completed return form cannot be processed.
