Introduction

Welcome to Green Ambulance. These general terms and conditions apply to all orders and agreements you enter into with Green Ambulance. In them, we clearly explain what you can expect from us, what rights and obligations you and we have, and how we can ensure a pleasant and reliable collaboration.

2. Applicability

  1. These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by Green Ambulance and to every distance contract concluded between Green Ambulance and the consumer or business customer.
  2. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.
  3. Deviations from these terms and conditions are only valid if they have been agreed in writing with Green Ambulance.

3. The Offer

  1. The products offered are described clearly and truthfully.
  2. Each product indicates whether it is in stock and what the expected delivery time is if it is not in stock.
  3. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding on Green Ambulance.

4. The Agreement

  1. The agreement is concluded at the moment of acceptance of the offer and fulfillment of the associated conditions.
  2. Green Ambulance will confirm receipt of the order by email.

5. Prices and payments

  1. All prices listed are in euros and include VAT.
  2. Payment is required in advance and can be made via iDEAL and credit card.
  3. No shipping costs will be charged for orders over €100. For orders below this amount, shipping costs will be displayed during checkout.

6. Delivery

  1. Orders placed on working days before 1:00 p.m. will be shipped the same day, if in stock.
  2. Green Ambulance ships via a recognized parcel service with track & trace.
  3. The products are delivered to the address specified by the customer.
  4. If delivery is delayed, the customer will be notified as soon as possible.

7. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

  1. Consumers have the right to return an order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
  2. Returns are only possible if the product is unused, in new condition, and in its original packaging.
  3. Used hydrogen generators cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
    Return costs and shipping risks are borne by the customer.

After receipt and approval of the return shipment, the purchase amount will be refunded within 30 days.


8. Warranty and defects

  1. All products are covered by a statutory warranty.
  2. If a product becomes defective, you must report this within two months of discovery via info@meditecheurope.nl
  3. Green Ambulance or Meditech will work with you to find a suitable solution.
  4. The warranty will be void in the event of misuse or damage caused by the user.

9. Complaints

  1. Complaints about delivered products or services must be reported in writing within 8 days of receipt of the product via info@greenambulance.nl.
  2. After timely notification, Green Ambulance, in collaboration with Meditech Europe, will provide a suitable solution.

10. Supplier and returns

  1. The products sold by Green Ambulance are purchased from Meditech Europe BV.
  2. Returns are handled by Meditech Europe. For the return process, warranty handling, and technical support, please refer to Meditech Europe's instructions and terms and conditions, which can be found at www.meditecheurope.nl.

11. Liability

  1. Green Ambulance is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or damage caused by incorrect use of the product.
  2. In any case, Green Ambulance's liability is limited to the amount of the order.

12. Applicable law and disputes

  1. All agreements are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
  2. Disputes will preferably be resolved through mutual consultation.
  3. If this proves unsuccessful, the competent court in Amsterdam will have jurisdiction.

13. Final provisions

  1. Green Ambulance reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. The most current version can always be found on the website.
  2. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions applicable at that time.
